The 5 sponsor-specific questions

Click each question to expand the answer. These five blocks complement the Tier-1 sponsor FAQ with the questions prospects ask once pricing, audience size, ROI tracking, exclusivity, and activation are clear. Each block stays grounded in the Wave 3 grid published on /sponsors.

What audience profile does your sponsorship actually reach?

The PULSAR profile is not a generic aggregate — it is segmented across three concrete axes that match Wave 3 partner brands. 18-34 male-skewing (72%): core esports audience captured through EVA Challenger League broadcasts, Discord livestreams, and YouTube + TikTok replays. Nouvelle-Aquitaine / Bordeaux: regional pull through Geekfest, local tournaments, and local media partnerships — the right match for any brand targeting territorial awareness.

Monthly evolution — Discord sizes, YouTube + Twitch + TikTok view counts, EVA Conférence Beta standing — is published on the /stats page, updated after every match day.

How often does PULSAR publish sponsored content?

Cadence is calibrated per tier — not a generic volume promised to all. Gold: 1 dedicated article per month + 4 podium mentions / 4 recap cadences published on /news per EVA match day, plus 1 YouTube + TikTok dedicated video per quarter. Silver: quarterly dedicated articles + podium mentions at every home match day + 1 keep-alive social per month. Bronze: 4 PULSAR social mentions across the season, 2 PULSAR newsletters, and 1 meet-and-greet seat at the finale.

Cadence is locked into the contract: article count, mention count, and publication window are written as an annex, not adjusted on the fly. If a brand wants a more intense cadence, we build a custom added layer on top of the base tier.

How does the brand-safety mechanic work on PULSAR?

Wave 3's brand-safety mechanic rests on three verifiable safeguards. First, brand scope: PULSAR does not sponsor any gambling, alcohol, tobacco, sports betting, or adult-content placement — the list is annexed to the contract. Second, editorial context: PULSAR videos, livestreams, and articles are produced in-house (no sponsored UGC), and every partner mention is validated before publication.

Third, quarterly measurement: each partner receives a quarterly brand-safety report aggregating EVA podium mentions, /news impressions, publication volume, and any context incident (if applicable). The end-of-season KPI report — detailed in the Tier-1 partner FAQ — consolidates both quarters of operation into a single view.

What is the exact scope of category-level exclusivity?

Exclusivity splits into three levels based on the brand category. Gold: one master partner per home EVA match day — your category (e.g. energy, banking, gaming) is locked for that match day's Gold slot. Silver and Bronze: non-exclusive at category level, but jersey and live screen remain assigned to a single partner per activation. The live screen stays single-partner even when multiple brands coexist on other placements.

Explicitly excluded sectors: gambling, sports betting, alcohol, tobacco — the list is annexed to the contract and co-signed. For low-density categories (e.g. gaming hardware), only one brand per category can be signed — see the partner FAQ for the Tier-1 detail.

What are the contract terms (length, payment, deliverable timelines)?

Wave 3 contract terms are flat-rate and published. Engagement length: the 2026 EVA Challenger League season — from kick-off (January 2026) through the regional finale (June 2026), extendable to Wave 4 on a 60-day confirmation. Payment cadence: 50% on signature, 50% at mid-season (April 2026), or full payment 30 days net on invoicing. Cancellation terms: possible up to 30 days after signature, except for production deliverables already commissioned (video, branding).

Deliverable timelines: dedicated articles shipped within 5 business days of the match day, YouTube + TikTok videos shipped within 10 business days of the trigger event. For a custom deal or off-season event, terms are adjusted in a dedicated annex — see the partners page to scope a custom format via the contact form.
