The five questions every Wave 3 prospect asks — pricing, audience size, ROI tracking, exclusivity, brand activation — answered directly, with the actual PULSAR numbers behind each claim.
Click each question to expand the answer. Each block is grounded in what we signed with previous-wave partners and the public Wave 3 pricing grid on /en/partenaires/faq.
Wave 3 has three transparent pricing tiers: Bronze €500, Silver €1,500, Gold €3,000 (ex-VAT). Each price covers the full EVA Challenger League 2026 season — visibility, content deliverables, and any Geekfest placements listed on the tier sheet. No hidden fees.
For one-off activations (single-event sponsorship, off-season reach, isolated match coverage), we build a custom quote based on your brand objectives and timing — request it via the contact form using the "Custom" option.
Three concrete axes. EVA Challenger League: live broadcasts and replays pulled in thousands of cumulative views across the 2026 season on the league's official channels. Discord community: active members following training sessions, VOD reviews, and match announcements. Nouvelle-Aquitaine regional reach: local pull through Geekfest events, regional tournaments, and partnerships with local media.
Detailed numbers — monthly view counts, Discord size, EVA Conférence Beta standing — are kept current on the /stats page.
Every Wave 3 partner receives an end-of-season KPI report that aggregates: podium mention counts across EVA broadcasts, recap publication cadence on /news, dedicated article count, social impressions on PULSAR channels, and — when applicable — inbound lead counts from UTM-tagged links on the partner contact form.
Gold-tier partners get an additional deep-dive: pre-match video segment metrics, YouTube + TikTok replay numbers, and per-match reach reconstruction. We don't promise a one-size-fits-all methodology — we align the KPIs to your actual objective (local awareness, lead generation, or brand association).
Exclusivity depends on the tier. Gold: one master partner per home EVA match day — your category is locked for that match day's Gold slot. Silver and Bronze: non-exclusive at the category level — multiple brands can coexist, but jersey and live-screen placements remain assigned to a single partner per activation.
The Wave 3 outreach pack itself closes once the three sponsor slots are filled. Beyond that, the next season opens under Wave 4 — see /academy for the parallel pipeline aimed at brands who want to reach academy graduates.
Depending on the tier you choose, your brand appears on these placements throughout the season:
Silver — logo on the EVA training jersey, live-screen placement (5 min / match), booth presence at Geekfest Bordeaux 2027, dedicated article on /news.
Gold — everything in Silver, plus logo on the official competition jersey, dedicated video content (YouTube + TikTok), pre-match segment placement, and main sponsor of one home match day.
Bronze — placement in the PULSAR site footer, social media mentions (4 posts across the season), 2 PULSAR newsletters, and 1 meet-and-greet seat at the finale.
